The Deanna Marie Rivers Foundation was founded in February of 2013 after Deanna Rivers was killed in a car accident on December 1, 2012. Anyone will tell you that Deanna had a way of paying it forward. The combination of keeping Deanna's memory alive and her vision to pay it forward is the reason our Foundation concentrates on giving back to the "518" community which Deanna loved so much. 

  Over the years, we have raised enough funds to donate to various charities. These charities include, but have not been limited to, Captain Youth & Family Services, Various Backpack Programs, Westland Hills Softball and Baseball Programs, The NYS Troopers PBA Signal 30 Benefit Fund, Big Brothers/Big Sisters, A Different Way in Reading Center, Athletic Haven and Act with Respect Always. We are proud to say that since the start of the Deanna Marie Rivers Foundation we have donated over $60,000.00
